Alex Morgan brings a well-rounded and deeply rooted perspective to his role as Project Manager at Dotty Brothers Construction. Having grown up in the Pequot Lakes area, he offers a strong connection to the region and a clear understanding of the local landscape, which plays an important role in delivering thoughtfully executed homes.

Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, along with a minor in Business Administration, from North Dakota State University. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry, gaining experience both in the field and in the office. This dual perspective allows him to approach projects with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on planning, coordination, and execution.

Known for his steady approach and industry knowledge, Alex is committed to ensuring each project runs efficiently and meets the high standards of craftsmanship that define Dotty Brothers. He values clear communication and collaboration, helping create a seamless experience for clients throughout the building process.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends and takes full advantage of the outdoors through hunting and fishing. He also has a passion for racing, bringing the same energy and focus to his hobbies as he does to his work.
