What started as a dated seasonal cabin became a modern, four-season retreat designed for gatherings, comfort, and durability in harsh northern climates. The homeowners wanted to keep the character of the original structure while opening the space for better flow, natural light, and long-term usability. Inside, the home received a complete systems upgrade — electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — along with custom cabinetry, new flooring throughout, and a redesigned mudroom built specifically for wet gear and winter traffic.
