Ryland Sample brings a design-forward perspective to his role as Project Manager at Dotty Brothers Construction. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, he holds a degree in Architecture with a minor in Sustainable Systems Management, a background that informs both his attention to detail and his appreciation for thoughtful, efficient building practices.

Since completing his education, Ryland has gained experience working on residential projects in both Minnesota and Florida, giving him a broader understanding of different building environments and styles. He is passionate about helping bring clients’ visions to life and finds particular satisfaction in seeing a project evolve from concept to completion. His collaborative approach and enthusiasm for the building process make him a valuable part of the team.

Outside of work, Ryland enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors, whether that’s skiing, snowboarding, golfing, mountain biking, or backpacking. He also has a love for movies and is always open to discovering a great film or enjoying a good meal, reflecting a well-rounded lifestyle that mirrors the balance many clients seek in the homes he helps create.
