Tony Umland brings a thoughtful, process-driven approach to his role as Project Manager at Dotty Brothers Construction. Originally from Maple Grove, he now calls the Brainerd Lakes Area home, where he lives with his wife and two children. Tony joined the company in 2023, stepping into both project management and operations responsibilities after building a strong foundation in the manufacturing industry.

He holds a degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of St. Thomas, a background that shapes his focus on efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement. Tony is passionate about leading teams, solving complex challenges, and refining processes to enhance both the building experience and the final product. His ability to blend operational insight with hands-on project leadership supports the company’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the outdoor lifestyle the region offers. Whether he’s on the golf course, hunting, or at the lake, he values the same sense of balance and enjoyment that many Dotty Brothers clients seek to create in their own homes.
