Wendy Huber has been a cornerstone of Dotty Brothers Construction since 1998, bringing decades of consistency, accuracy, and financial expertise to the organization. In her role, she oversees all financial operations for the company, managing everything from construction draws and payroll to accounts payable and receivable, as well as monthly close-outs and year-end tax preparation.

Wendy’s long tenure reflects not only her deep understanding of the financial side of the construction industry, but also her reliability and attention to detail. She plays a critical role in keeping projects and the business running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that financial processes are handled efficiently and with precision. Her work supports both the internal team and clients by maintaining clarity, organization, and trust throughout every phase of a project.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys an active and social lifestyle. She can often be found on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying time with her horses, bringing the same balance and dedication to her personal life as she does to her work.
